【Abstract】 The inhibition of some inhibitors on lipoxygenase activity of human leucocytes was assayed using leuco—malachite green method.The inhibition of indomethacin on lipoxygenase was not found.The IC₅₀ for nordihydrognaioretic acid,quercetin and baicalin was found to be 1.8μmol/ L,2.86μmol/L and 1.8μg/ml,respectively.更多还原
