菜籽饼中的抗营养因子及防治对策
Antinutritional Factors in Rapeseed Meal and Countermeastures.
【摘要】 菜籽饼中含有多种抗营养因子,可引起畜禽甲状腺肿大、畜产品品质降低等。日粮配合设计中采取限量、多种植物蛋白配合、营养强化和使用专用添加剂等措施可使菜籽饼在畜牧业中发挥一定的作用。对菜籽饼中抗营养因子去毒处理,物理法、化学法和生物法皆表现了较好的效果,但很少适用于工业化生产。目前培育出的低毒品种正在畜牧业中显示了较好的适用价值,但仍存在着问题,遗传改良是进一步限制菜籽饼中抗营养因子含量的根本途径。
【Abstract】 In rapeseed meal there are many kinds of antinutritional factors, which cause animal goiter and inferior animal products. Some measures have been taken in the design of ration formulation such as restricting rate of rapeseed meal, incorporating of many kinds of plant protein, Strengthening of nutrients and using of speeialy purposeful additives. They play a certain role in application of rapeseed meal to animal husbandry. Physical, chemical and biological methods which process antinutritional factors of rapeseed meal have shown good detoxification results, but have less industrializing production. The present bred low-toxin rapeseed breeds exbibite a good adaptation to animal husbandry, but have some defects, So improvement of breed is a key way in further diminishing antinutritional factors in rapeseed meal.
