【摘要】 我们对23对“原因不明”习惯性流产患者夫妇HLA,A,B,C抗原进行了分型,并以30对正常夫妇做对照。结果证明:①HLA,A11、A26、B14可能与习惯性流产有关联;②流产夫妇间HLA,A,B,C抗原相容性并不增大;③两组HLA,A,B,C抗原纯合性无差异;④就单个抗原而言,流产组夫妇B5相同者明显高于对照组(P<0.001),其他各位点无明显差异。同时,我们还检测了95例“原因不明”的习惯性流产患者血清中抗夫淋巴细胞毒抗体,其阳性率明显少于对照组(P<0.005),并对18例抗体阴性者行免疫治疗,共怀孕12例。3例生下健康婴儿;1例足月待产;4例妊娠已超过28周,并在继续妊娠;2例正在妊娠,妊娠月份超过以往流产月份;2例再次流产。更多还原

【Abstract】 Tissue typing for HLA,A,B,C antigens were performed in 23 couples with habitual abortion of "unknown causes" .compared with the 30 normal couples. The results suggested that HLA, An , A26 ,Bi4 was associated with habitual abortion. Between habitual abortion couples there was no increased sharing of histocompatibility (HLA) antigens, but a significantly incureased sharing of B5 antigen was found (P< 0. 001). No significant difference in the degree of homozygosity was observed between the two groups. Anti-husbands’lymphocyte antibodies in 95 habitual aborters’ serum were also determined. The production of positive antibody was significantly decreased. 18 women were treated by immunization with their husbands’ lym-phocyes,12 out of them became pregnant,that is ,3 women gave birth to three children, 1 is in full-term pregnancy,4 are normal pregnancies beyond 28 weeks, and 2 are still in the first trimesterm, 2 ended with miscarriages.更多还原
