湿壁巷道传热系数及传质系数的研究
STUDY OF HEAT AND MASS TRANSFER COEFFICIENTS OF WET TUNNEL WALLS
【摘要】 湿壁巷道传热系数及传质系数是湿壁巷道与空气之间进行热湿交换计算的两个重要的物理参数。由于湿壁巷道与空气间的传热和传质同时发生,且相互联系和影响,所以湿壁巷道的传热系数和传质系数不同于唯一传热过程中的传热系数和唯一传质过程中的传质系数,而且也不同于具有自液面的液体的传热系数和传质系数。本文依据基本的物理定律建立了传热传质同时发生时的能量方程式,并通过相似分析和实验给出了传热系数及传质系数的准则方程式。所得结论可用于湿壁巷道与空气之间的热湿交换计算。
【Abstract】 Heat transfer coefficient and mass transfer coefficient are two essential physical parameters used to calculate quantity of heat transfer and mass transfer between air and wet tunnel walls.Because heat and mass transfer between air and wet tunnel walls takes place simultaneously,they are interrelated and interacted. The coefficient of simultaneous heat and mass transfer differs from that of heat transfer only and that of mass transfer only,and also differ from that of heat and mass transfer of free surface liquid.This paper establishes an energy equation for simultaneous heat and mass transfer according to the basic physical laws.The criterion equations are given of heat transfer coefficient and mass transfer coefficient based on analogical analysis and tests.The conclusions can be used to calculate quantity of heat and mass transfer between air and wet tunnel walls.
