【摘要】 本文介绍了一种手写体汉字识别的基元选定及抽取的新方法。这种方法面向计算机对于二维图形的处理能力,从汉字的整体结构出发,选定了易于处理的十六种基元,辅以特定的抽取方法,还讨论了特征选择与重码问题的关系,实验结果证明了该方法的可行性。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper, a new plan of selecting and ertracting primitires for handwritten Chinese character is instroduced. This method, considering the abicity of proceing Z-D image of computer, selects 16 kinds of primitives and designs crespoding extraction methods from a new of globle structure of a Chinese character. The relation between primitive selection and duplicate code is also discussed. Experiment data proves the feasibility of this method.更多还原
