【摘要】 本文运用李东垣《脾胃论》中补脾胃升阳法之代表方剂——升阳益胃汤,对临床34例脾虚患者进行了治疗前、后的疗效观察。结果,气短乏力,周身重痛,眩晕,心悸,汗出,舌淡脉虚等脾胃症状均有明显改善,同时,随着临床症状的改善,患者免疫功能亦有相应提高,血清OKT₃,OKT₄,OKT₃及OKT₄/CKT₃均有明显改善。临床总有效率为91.1％。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper is according to lidong - yuan’s main works, using the main prescription of reinforcing the spleen and stomach, ascending yang qi--Decoction of ascending Yang qi and reinforcing stomach in clinical and experiment of 34 patients with deficiency of spleen qi caused by overfatigue, overexcited and improper diet.The result shows that the syndrom of deficiency of spleen qi sueh as short of breath, lassitwle, heavy sensation in body, dizziness, palpitation, sweeting, pale tongue, feeble pulse, has improved obviously.Meanwhile,with the improvement of clinical syndrome, the patient’ s immune function aslo has improved accordingly. OKT3, OKT4, OKT8, OKT4/OKT8 have obviously improved after the treatment. The results show that the total effective rate is 91.1% in clinical.更多还原
