P60货车车辆的动态响应分析与车轴动应力计算

【摘要】 为货车车轴的疲劳寿命预估作计算应力谱准备,以P60货车转8A转向架及TB450—83规定的D轴为例,计算了在满载运行和曲线通过条件下货车车辆的动态响应及车轴动应力。计算结果表明,当车辆在直线轨道上运行时,车轴的最大应力出现在轮座内侧截面改变的轴身部位,次大应力出现在轮座外侧的轴肩部位,两者数值很接近;当在曲线上运行时,最大应力位置不变,次大应力出现在轮座内侧镶入部位。该文采用的方法设计转向架(无实测应力谱)时,对车轴等部件进行动应力计算具有一定参考价值。

【Abstract】 In this paper, we calculated freight car response and axle stress with P6(?) truck 8A and TB450—83 stipulated D axle as a example in fullloads and curve line.The results we calculated show that, when train is moving on the straight line, the maximum stress of the axle remains on the axle body of wheel seat inside, the second maximum stress remains on the axle shoulder of wheel seat outside, Both results are almost equal. When it is moving on the curve line, the maximum stress remains in the same place, but the second maximum stress emerge in the wheel-axle seat. The method we adopted in this paper particularly has value to calculate dynamic stress of axle as well as other parts in new truck design.
