离子交换树脂在氯乙酸酯化反应中的应用
Application of Ion Exchange Resin in The Esterification Reaction of Chloroacetic Acid
【摘要】 在合成氯乙酸丁酯和氯乙酸乙酯时,采用001×7和D72离子交换树脂作催化剂,001×7树脂的催化活性优于D72树脂。考察了反应条件对酯化反应的影响。在合成氯乙酸丁酯时,其氯乙酸转化率可达98.8%。合成氯乙酸乙酯时,其氯乙酸转化率为83.6%。
【Abstract】 Ion exchange resins 001×7 and D72 are used as catalysts in the syntheses of butyl chloroacetate and ethyl chloroacetate. The catalytic activity of resin 001×7 is higher than D72. The effects of reaction conditions on esterification have been investigated. The conversion ratioes of chloroacetic acid in the syntheses of butyl chloroacetate and ethyl chloroacetate are 98. 8% and 83. 6% respectively.
