【摘要】 17例预激综合症共17条房室旁路(其中左侧12条、右侧5条)行射频消蚀术。2例并有房室结双径路。12例左侧分路和1例右侧旁路消蚀成功(成功率77％)。1例随访6个月时心动过速复发(1／13)。第二次消蚀后出现3°房室阻滞。射频消蚀旁路是治疗房室折返性心动过速的有效方法．今后应加强对右侧旁路消蚀的研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Seventeen accessory pathways (APs ) in 17 patients with preexcitation syndrome were ablated with radiofrequency current. 12 APs in left and 5 in right wall respectively. Two cases had AVN double pathway. The ablation was succeeded in 12 cases with leftAP and 1 case in right AP (77%) .Ⅲ° AVB occurred to case 1. Tachycardia recurred in case 1 during a following-up of 6 months (1/13). It was shown that catheter ablation of accessory pathways with radiofrquency current is an effective therapeutic method for patients with preexcitation syndrome. It was suggested that we should make more studies on catheter ablation of right accessory pathways.更多还原
