日产1.2吨树脂冷却包装机研制
THE PRELIMINARY STUDY ON THE MACHINE FOR COOLING PACKAGE OF ROSIN RESIN
【摘要】 对松香树脂冷却包装进行机型与结构的探索,并摸索了在170~280℃脂液温度时的主要操作参数及其相互影响的规律。试验证明:采用带式水喷淋冷却方式,脂液温度在260~270℃,传热温差为90~100℃时,总传热系数K值达到200~300W/m~2·K,能连续稳定生产出10×10mm、片厚为1.5~2.0mm的脂片。与现有的盘式冷却方式相比,大大提高了劳动生产率,改善了操作环境。填补了国内松香树脂冷却包装设备的空白。
【Abstract】 The type and mechanics of the machine used for cooling package of rosin resin were discussed. The main operating parameters and their relative effects were found out. The test results showed that with belt water-shower cooling, the rosin resin products in the shape of 10 mm square and 1. 5~2.0 mm thick can be continuously obtained under such operating conditions as the resin liquid temperature 260~270℃ , heat transfer temperature differential 90~100℃. and total heat transfer coefficient 200~300 W/m2 ·K. This cooling method is superior to present basin cooling greatly, increasing productivity, improving work environment, and is first developed in China.
