【摘要】 基于西林铅锌矿浮选过程提出了一种新型、实用的浮选过程控制策略,并研制了包括浮选过程自动加药机、大屏幕显示器,网络接口站及数据采集站等现场级智能仪器在内的FK-1型浮选过程控制系统。本文详细论述了该系统的构成,工作原理以及上述各智能仪器的硬件、软件工作原理,为同类矿山选矿厂的自动化提供了有益的借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 A new control system, which can automatically adjust the flow rate of flotation reagents in different points according to the changes of grade of raw ore, concentrate or tailing, has been implemented in Flotation Plant of Xilin Lead & Zinc Mine. It incorporates reagent feeder, industrial scteen, net interface and analogue collector. The hardware and software of FK-1 type flotation process control system is described in this paper. The system of this kind can be extended to application at other non ferrous mines dealing with similar type of ore.更多还原
