【摘要】 本文测定了50例已婚成人精浆中过氧化脂质(LPO)及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的含量,并与精液分析值进行比较。结果表明:LPO与SOD之间存在低度负相关(γ=-0.304,P<0.05);LPO及SOD与精子活力、死亡率、粘度、酸性磷酸酶(ACP)、精液中白细胞数之间存在着密切关系,与精子数、果糖之间无关系。认为氧自由基是影响精液质量的一个重要因素,精浆中LPO及SOD含量可作为评价精液质量的重要指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper was detected the concentration of LPO and SOD in seminal plasm of 50 married aduits in comparison with semen parameters. The results showed that there was a negative correlation between LPO and SOD (γ=-0.304, P<0.05);There were significant relation between LPO SOD and sperm mobility, death rate, adhesiveness, acid phosphatase, and the number of WBC of semen, whereas the sperm coumt and fructose had not relation to LPO and SOD in the seminal plsms. The authors considered that free radicals were important factors to influence on the quality of semen. As an important imdex,the concentration of LPO SOD in seminal plasm was duggested to evaluate semens quality.更多还原
