两段奥氏体气体氮碳共渗工艺的研究
Study on Two Stage Gas Nitrocarburizing Process at Austenite State
【摘要】 在氯化物催渗气体氮碳共渗基础上,把共渗温度分为两段控制,同时研究了保温时间、渗剂用量等工艺参数对共渗件性能和变形的影响.结果表明,与常规氮碳共渗工艺比较,该新工艺表层硬度提高约3%,渗层深度增加1~3倍,变形量小,耐磨性能也有很大提高.
【Abstract】 On the basis of gas nitrocarburizing catalyzed with chloride,take the diffusing temperature into two stages,study the effect of holding time and feeding amount of nitrocarburizing medium on the performance and distortion of samples.The result showed that as a comparison with conventional nitrocarburization,the hardness of surface layer could be increased by factor of 30%,the case depth increased 1~2 times,the distortion decreased furthly and the wear resistance improved significantly.
