W6Mo5Cr4V2钢激光相变硬化及强化效应的估算

【摘要】 利用连续波 CO2激光器,对 W6Mo5cr4V2(M2)高速钢进行了激光相变硬化试验。研究了激光相变硬化对钢的显微组织和显微硬度的影响,定量估算了各有关强化效应,估算值与实验结果符合得相当好。估算结果表明,钢的原奥氏体晶粒的超细化、马氏体的高密度位错及高的固溶含碳量、马氏体组织的细化是激光相变硬化获得超高硬度的主要原因。

【Abstract】 Studies have been made on the effect of laser transformation hardening on the microstructure and microhardness of high speed steel W6Mo5 Cr4V2 by means of a continuous wave CO2 laser.The related strengthening items are estimated and the estimated values are in good agreement with the experimental results.The estimated results show that the ultrahigh hardness of laser transformation hardened case is mainly due to the ultrafine grains, fine martensite matrix,high density dislocation and more content of carbon in martensite.
