波导表面电极的电场分布

【摘要】 本文给出了波导表面平行电极的电场分布的两种理论计算方法,并给出了数值计算结果,最后比较了保角变换法和静电场近似法的优缺点。

【Abstract】 This paper presents two theoritical methods for calculating the distribution of electric field in the waveguide covered with planar electrodes. The numerical results are also given, and the two methods are compared.
