【摘要】 本实验研究了藻酸双酯钠滴丸对高脂膳食所致的高脂血症大鼠的降血脂作用。结果表明,藻酸酯钠滴丸能明显减轻高脂膳食所致的血脂改变,有明显的降低血清中胆固醇,甘油三酯和低密度脂蛋白胆固酯含量及升高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量,并升高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇与总胆固醇的比例的作用,且呈量效依赖性。更多还原

【Abstract】 We studied the Preventive effects of PSS on experimental hyper-lipidemia in rats produced by hypercholestsrol diet. The results showed that PSS could significantiy decrease the count of serum TC, TG, LDL-C and increase that of serum HDL-C in rats on hypercholesterol diet. Moreover, PSS could elevate the HDL-C/TC ratio markedly. All of these effects were dose dependent.更多还原
