烟用改性聚丙烯滤材结构与性能研究 第Ⅰ报 EVA/PP共混物流变性的研究
STUDIES ON MODIFIED PP TOW USED FOR CIGARETTE TIPS Pt.Ⅰ. The Rheological Property of EVA/PP Blends
【摘要】 采用孟山都加工性能测试仪研究了EVA/P共混物的流变性能。发现在所研究的温度剪切速率范围内,EVA/PP共混物的粘度随着EVA含量的增加而增加;共混物粘度对温度的依赖关系服从Arrhenius方程,即:ηa=A exp(E/RT);在较高的切变速率及温度范围内,共混物的粘度可用公式lgηa =w1lgηa1+w2lgηa2来估算,理论估算值与实验值相当吻合。
【Abstract】 The theological properties of EVA/PP blends are measured at 210℃,230℃ and 250℃ with the Monsanto Processability Tester(MBT)under different shear rates.It shows that the viscosity of the blends increases with the contents of EVA in a certain range of temperature and shear rate,the relation between viscosity and temperature obeys Arrhenius Equation.η=Aexp(E/RT),moreover the viscosity of the blends can be expressed perfectly by the equation lgη= w1lgηa1+w2lgηa2 at a higher shear rate and temperature.
