【Abstract】 A new multiple immunohistochemical staining method was introduced which could be used to show four hormons simultaneously in a single tissue section of rat pituitary pars dis- tails.The new method was based on Sternberger’s PAP method which was combined with silvetr intensified DAB chromogen technique and indirect immuno-gold labelling technique.
