顺丁橡胶膜的卤代烷等离子体表面改性及其气体透过性能
SURFACE MODIFICATION OF CIS-1,4-POLYBUTADIENE WITH HALOCARBON PLASMAS AND GAS PERMEABILITY OF THE MEMBRANE
【摘要】 本研究采用CF2Cl2、CF2ClCF2Cl及CF4等离子体对顺丁橡胶膜表面进行了改性,改性后的复合膜用SEM、水的静态接触角以及XPS进行了表征,并测定了膜的气体透过性能。
【Abstract】 The surface modification of cis-1, 4-polybutadiene membrane was studied by using CF2C12, CF2ClCF2Cl, and CF4 plasma treatments. The plasma-treated composite membrane was investigated by SEM observation, water static contact angle measurement, and XPS study. Gas permeability of the membrane was also measured.
