钢包加铝吹氧升温过程的钢水成分变化

【摘要】 通过在200t钢包加铝吹氧升温试验,提出钢水成分变化规律和原因,以及抑制钢水成分变化的方法。目前,鞍钢三炼钢厂ANS—OB升温处理率为35%左右,处理的钢种有普碳钢、低合金钢、钛钢、低碳铝钢等,钢材成分均在钢种规格之内。

【Abstract】 By experiment of adding Al and blowing O2 on a 200 t ladle, the principle of steel composition change and reason of the change is analysed and the way of controlling them has been found. The rate of steel treated by ANS-OB at Anshan Iron & steel Co. is about 35%. The grades of treated steel are carbon, low-alloy, titanium, low-carbon aluminium killed steels, etc.The compositions of the final products are within the normal ranges.
