【Abstract】 Beginning from the results of the examples in special cases commonly found in ordinary textbooks, this paper, by using the equation for static electricity field, works out the conditions of when electric displacement vector only relates to free electric chagge and points out that electric displacement vector also relates to polarized electric charge in general cases.更多还原
