大模数硬齿面圆锥直齿轮仿形刮削的研究

【摘要】 本文利用硬质合金可转位仿形刨刀,解决了大模数硬齿面圆锥直齿轮的仿形刮削加工问题.被刮齿轮齿面硬度可达HRC60.齿面粗糙度可稳定在Rao.16—0.32μm其余精度指标也符合要求。

【Abstract】 In this paper, the problem of contour skim of hardened large module straight bevel gears is solved with carbide indexable contour gearshaping tool. Tooth surface hardness of skimmed gears is up to HRc 60, roughness to Ra 0. 16~0. 32 μm and other precision indexes meet state requirements.
