一类新偶氮试剂的研究——Ⅲ.试剂7-(8-羟基喹啉-5-磺基-7-偶氮)8-羟基喹啉-5-磺酸荧光光度法测定镁(Ⅱ)

【摘要】 用新合成的有机试剂7-(8-羟基喳啉-5-磺基-7-偶氮)-8-羟基喹啉-5-磺酸(HQSAHQS)研究了荧光光度法测定镁的反应条件。Mg(Ⅱ)与试剂在pH9.9的氨水/氯化铵缓冲介质中形成1:1型红色络合物并呈现荧光,其λcx/λcm=546/581,线性范围为0~12μg/25ml,检测限为4.9ng/g。考察了共存离子的干扰情况,并直接应用于自来水和矿样中镁的分析,结果满意。
【Abstract】 The fluorimetric determination of magnesium ( Ⅰ )is described. The method is based on the fluorescent complex formation of the title reagent with Mg( Ⅰ ). An 1 : 1 type complex was formed with λax/λam (nm) of 546/581 at pH9. 90. A better linear relationship was obtained over the range of 0-12. 0μg/25ml for Mg( Ⅰ ) and the detection limit for Mg( Ⅰ ) is 4. 9 ng/g. The method has been applied to the determination of Mg( Ⅰ ) in natural water and ores with satisfactory results.
