【摘要】 采用心电图 Mactuz 指数、核素心血池显像及超声心动图 A/E 值等无创伤性检查法,对123例冠心病人及40例正常人进行对照研究.发现心电图的 Macruz 指数(Ⅱ导联 P/P—R 比值)和同位素心血池显像的 PFR(高峰充盈率),在冠心病组均有明显的异常改变,而核紊显像的 RFT(相对充盈时间)及 TPF(高峰充盈时间)与超声心动图的 A/E 值,两组差异无显著意义。提示前2项检查对冠心病的舒张期功能异常的诊断更有临床实用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article reports that the diastolic left ventricular function in 123 patients with CAD and 40 normal subjects was assessed by PFR,RET and TPF yielded by radionuclide cardiac blood pool imaging, EKG Macruz index,and A/E value obtained by Doppler echocardiography.The results showed that PFR and Macruz index showed significant difference between the normal subjects and the patients with CAD (P<0.001 )and RFT,TPF and A/E,however,had no significan change between the two groups(P< 0.05).that indicates that PFR and Macruz index may be useful in the evaluation of diastolic left ventricular function in patients with CAD.更多还原
