快速凝固Al—Mn合金中准晶相形貌的SEM观察
SEM Observation on Icosahedral Morphologies of Rapidly Quenched AL-Mn Alloys
【摘要】 本文研究了对A1—Mn(18wt%和Mn和25wt%Mn)合金准晶相作SEM观察时的最佳腐蚀条件,展示出上述准晶丰富的形貌相。准晶形貌由大小约0.1μm的小颗粒组成,在凝固时由于固液界面前沿的温度场分布使这些小颗粒调整重排或长大形成准晶结构。
【Abstract】 In order to get the specimens observed by SEM,the best condition of etch for icosahedral phases in rapidly quenched Al—Mn alloys with Mn content 18 and 25 wt% has been found,and many different kinds of mor- phologies have been observed as granular shape,tree—like,flower—like.It is suggested that the best basic mor- phology is granular shqpe with 0.1μm in size,and depending on the distribution of the temperature field on the solid—liquid boundary as solidified these small grains arrange or grow to form icosahedral structures.
