行波波导电光调制器特性的研究

【摘要】 本文应用耦合模理论分析了行波波导定向耦合器作为高码速电光调制器的恃性和动态范围。

【Abstract】 Based on the theory of coupled model,we study the characteristics and dynamic range of travelling waveguide electro-optical modulator.
