【摘要】 本文应用正交试验法对铜氟共同成型自润滑利材料的制作工艺和化学成分配比进行了研究.结果表明:通过低温烧结的方法以及适当调整化学成分可以获得性能极佳的铜氟共同成型自润滑材料.该材料具有制作工艺简单、摩擦磨损性能优异、机械性能适中等特点,在摩擦系数保持低而稳定的前提下,磨损率仅为 DU 材料的二分之一,Deva 合金的二十分之一,可以在轻纺、食品、仪表工业中广泛推广应用.更多还原

【Abstract】 Technological process and chemical composition of self-lub-ricating material of copper-PTFE forming togther were studied.The results show that the self-lubricating material can be made to be of excellent property through low-temperature sintering and adjusting chemical composition.It has low friction coefficieney,moderate mechanical property and simple technological making method.This material can be used in textile,food and instrument making industry.更多还原
