改性木材化学结构中碳价态变化的研究
STUDY ON THE CARBON VALENCE-BOND CHANGING IN THE CHEMICAL CONSTRUCTURE OF THE MODIFIED WOOD
【摘要】 以采自大兴安岭的落叶松为试材,从同一部位截取六个试样,将其中五个试样分别经过CCA、PCCA、CrO3、DPB、Acet等五种不同的改性剂处理。然后,用日本岛津公司的ESCA750光电子能谱仪(即XPS),探知了木材经过以上五种处理前后C的价态分布。进而分析了C的价态分布的变化、羟基等四种基本基团的相对含量变化。并从其微观结构上的变化,对木材改性的处理机理做出了解释。
【Abstract】 Wood is made up nearly all of C,H and O in its element component, and its the valence of C is very rich. The chemical treatment of changing property for wood is actually to change the distribution of the valence—bond of C. With SHIMADZU ELECTRON SPECTROMETER MODEL ESCA 750, this artical studied the changing valence—bond of C in wood that was treated by five kinds of methods. And by the aid of this change in the microstructure, we have got the explanation in the treating mechanism of modified wood.
