【Abstract】 22.6%,17.2%,8.5% and 0% of the 1-cell mouse embryols developed intoexpanded blastocysts when cultured in modified Whitten’s media containing 10.8,16.2,21.6and 32.4mM sodium lactate,respectively.The 1-cell embryos in the four different mediaunderwent the first cleavage at the same rate,and 60% of them reached 2-cell stage.Buttheir developments afterwards were different remarkably and the 10.8 mM lactate mediumworked best.The results indicated that the high lactate concentration in the culture mediummight be one of the factors responsible for the“2-cell block”of mouse embryos in vitro.更多还原
