换热器用纯钛TAl薄板冷成形性

【摘要】 通过测试拉伸性能(σb0.25,n,r)的方法,研究了换热器用纯钛TAl薄板的冷成形性,同时进行了杯突、拉深、扩孔试验,结果表明,n值与杯突值有很好的正相关性。σ0.2,n,r值各向异性较大。文章还讨论了氧含量对力学性能的影响。

【Abstract】 Cold formability of titanium(TAl) sheet used for heat exchanger has been studicd. Tensile properties(σb0.25,n,r) have been tested, and erichsen, deep drawability and expanding tests have been done at the same time. It is proved that the n-Value has a direct relationship to IE-Value. The influence of oxygen contents to mechanical properties has been discussed.
