【Abstract】 This article briefly introduces the telephone network structures in the county area which includes the urban network supervised by the county administrator and the rural telephone networks. It solves the problems concerning with the billing of manual trunk operation, the billing of direct dialing-in and direct dialing-out trunk systems as well as the charging method of local system realized by the connections between subsystems via trunk systems. Based on the practical experiences in installing and testing of the program-controlled exchanges in four counties in Provinces L and J,this article proposes a structural mode of the local county system taking townships as pivots with the billing schemes in the networks adopting HPS-112 exchanges offered. This mode is particularly suitable for those remote areas which are short of financial investment as well as material provisions. The construction cost of this mode is only one fourth or one third to that of usual mode local network.更多还原
