大鼠结肠粘膜EC细胞的定量研究

【摘要】 用免疫组织化学PAP法显示大鼠结肠粘膜EC细胞,并用Veibel体视学方法对该细胞进行定量分析。结果表明,大鼠结肠粘膜EC细胞的体密度(Vv)为:0.0029士0.0003,面数密度(NA)为22.85士1.1.20个/mm~2;数密度(Nv)为1629士100.43个/mm~3。

【Abstract】 The EC cells in colonic mucosa of the SD rat were demonstrated by means of Sternberger’ s PAP immunohistochemical method and quantitative analysis were performed by weibel’s stereological method. The EC cell’ s volume density(Vv)was 0. 0029±0. 0003,surface density (NA)was 22. 85±1. 20/mm3,and numerical density(Nv)was 1629±100. 43/mm3 in colonic mucosa of the SD rat.
