CdS/CuInSe2多晶异质结太阳电池的光电流和转换效率的计算和分析
CALCULATION AND ANALYSIS FOR THE PHOTOELECTRIC CURRENT AND CONVERT EFFICIENCY OF THE POLYCRYSTALLIN CdS/CuInSe2 HETEROJUNCTION SOLAR CELL
【摘要】 用Rorhwarf的晶界复合损失模型对CdS CulnSe2多晶异质结太阳电池的光电流和转换效率进行了计算,并在计算中考虑到异质结内表面复合因子G和势垒区宽度随电压的变化因素。结果发现P区受主浓度NA有一个最佳值。将我们的计算结果和L.L.Kagmerski等人的实验结果对照。两者基本一致。
【Abstract】 The photoelectric current and convert efficiency have been calculated for the polycrystalline CdS/CuInSe2 heterojunction solar cell using A. Rothwarf’s grain boundary re- combination lose model, in which the internal recombination factor G and the potential barri- er width of the heterojunction are considered. The analysis show that the doping concentri- tion N has a best value, and the calculated conclusion is very close to the reported experi- mental value of L. L. Kazmerski.
