土壤干旱对君迁子幼树枝叶生长及几个生理指标的影响
Effect of Soil Water Stress on the Growth of Branches and Leaves, and the Several Physiological Indicas in Young Data Plum Persimmon (D. Lotus L.)
【摘要】 在土壤干旱处理条件下,对盆栽3年生幼树枝叶生长和超氧化物歧化酶,过氧化氢酶,脂质过氧化产物丙二醛测定,结果表明,土壤干旱明显抑制君迁子幼树枝叶生长速率,降低超氧化物歧化酶和过氧化氢酶的活性,诱发细胞脂质过氧化作用,导致细胞液大量外漏,用土壤反复于旱法确定出君迁子幼树的暂时萎蔫土壤相对含水量和永久萎蔫土壤含水量(相对)为(4.98±0.26)%和(3.99±0.19)%,塑料薄膜包盆可明显提高君迁子幼树的枝叶生长速率.超氧化物歧化酶和过氧化氢酶活性,降低细胞脂质过氧化作用.
【Abstract】 The rate of growth of branches and leaves, superoxide dismutase(SOD), catalase(CAT),cell permeability nd lipid peroxidation in young data plum persimmon wereinvestigated during water stress of soil. The results ndicated that the rate of growth ofbranches and leaves decreased with decreasing of soil water content,that SOD ctivityand CAT activity increased during light soil water stress and decreased during the heavysoil water stress, and hat the MDA(a product of lipid peroxidation) content and cellpermeability increased during soil water stress in the oung tree. The soil water contentof permanent and transient wilting in the young tree were confirmed as(4.98±.26)% and(3.99±0.19)% respectively by soil dring back and forth. Under soil water stress he SODactivity, CAT activity and rate of growth were higher in plastic film wrapped pots hanin no wrapped pots and the marked differents of these indicas among organs were bser-ved in young data plum persimmon tree.
