稀土元素对铬电沉积性质的影响

【摘要】 比较了几种稀土(La、Ce等)对铬沉积电流效率,覆盖能力,分散能力的影响,以及极化曲线峰值电流同这些性能间的关系。

【Abstract】 The throwing power and current efficiency of chromium deposit can be improved by adding a small quantity of rare-earth elements to the plating bath. This paper discusses something associated with the peak current of the polarization curve.
