【摘要】 运用数学规划的理论和方法,从城市电力网结构的整体规划观点出发,建立了多级电压的城市电力网综合规划模型。模型中考虑了城市配电网的分布负荷特性和原有电网的扩建与增容,使之更加符合城市电力网规划改造的客观实际。规划模型中还引入了回路电压定律约束,计及了10 kV 配电线路开环运行条件,从而使电网的规划潮流更趋合理和符合实际。更多还原

【Abstract】 From the point of view of urban power network entire planning,using the opti- mization theory and technique,a synthetic planning model of urban multivoltage networks is established.The specific properties of load distribution as well as the extension and increasing of the origina network capacity are paid attention in the model.So that it can be more suit- able to the practice of urban power network planning and transformation.Meanwhile, Kirchhoff’s Second Law and the constraint that the 10 kV distribution line must be kept openning when in operation are also introduced into the model,in order that the planning of the networks can be further reasonable and practical.更多还原
