发光多孔硅高分辨电镜分析

【摘要】 高分辨率透射电子显微镜分析表明,发光多孔硅是由直径为20A左右的晶粒组成的珊瑚状多孔体。多孔硅仍保持原单晶硅衬底的晶体结构框架。

【Abstract】 High resolution trasmission electron microscope analyses show that the porous silicon hascoral-like structure,which consists of small crystal grains. The size of grains is about 20A.The porous silicon still keeps the skeleton of the original material as that of the substrates.
