【Abstract】 The goal of the athletic majors in the normal universities and colleges is to train qualified teachers for the physical education courses in the secondary schools. The teaching in the secondary schools is characterized by the great number of students in each class and the short period of time of each lecture. In view of these, this essay chiefly deals with, in addition to the reforms in the content and methodology of teaching, the group effect resulting from the exercises of formations in reference to the various formations and patterns of group callisthenics, so as to achieve a better teaching effect with a fatisfactory and easy—going class atmosphere.更多还原
