【摘要】 丹皮酚ig 200mg/kg,连续5d,可减轻小鼠免疫器官重量,加快碳粒廓清速率,减轻迟发型变态反应并降低脾细胞溶血素抗体水平,对亚适浓度Con A和LPS诱导的小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖亦有明显抑制作用。体外用药,丹皮酚(50μg/ml)亦可明显抑制丝裂原诱导的小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖。提示该药可增强单核巨噬细胞系统的功能和抑制免疫应答。更多还原

【Abstract】 Paeony phenol(PP)ig 200mg/(kg·d) ×5d, could decrease murine spleen and thymus weight, increase murine clearance rate of iv charoal particles, suppress murine delyaed type hypersensitivity reaction, decrease hemolysin produetion of murine splenoeytes, and suppress the proliferalive responses of murine splenic lymphocytes induced by ConA and LPS. PP (50μg/ml) could also in vitro suppress the murine splenic lymphocyte proliferations induced by ConA and LPS.The results suggest that PP could enhance the function of macrophages while suppress the specific immune responses.更多还原
