大豆抗冷性生理生化指标的筛选

【摘要】 本文研究了10个大豆品种在吸涨期对低温敏感性的生理生化差异。 根据冷浸后发芽特性的不同,可将10个品种分为3个类型:敏感型、抗冷型和中间型。抗冷品种脱氢酶活性高,且因冷浸导致的下降幅度小。受冷后ATP水平的下降与品种抗冷性之间有极显著的相关性(r=+873,P=001),故ATP的测定可作为筛选抗冷品种的有效指标。除个别品种外,低温导致电导率的增大与抗冷性之间也有显著的相关性(r=+0.748,P=0.05)。此外,抗冷性越强的品种,SOD酶活性越高,MOA含量越低,且低温导致的MDA含量的增加也越小。 建议用发芽的生理测定,ATP含量测定及电导测定作为大豆抗冷性的评价指标。

【Abstract】 The differences of imbibitional chilling sensitivity among 10 cultivars of soybean [Glycine max (L.) merr.] have been studied.The results show, according to their different responses to chilling temperature during imbibition, that the 10 cultivars can be classified into three groups: a), chilling-sensitive, b), chilling-resistant, and c), moderate-chilling-sensitive; meanwhile, the deereases of the ATP content and the dehydrogenases, and the increases of MDA content and the electric conductivity, all induced by chilling temperature, are correlated well with their relevant chilling sensitivities.We suggest the physiological rneasuerment of germination and the ATP level measurement be more suitable for evaluating the chilling-resistances among the cultivars of soybean.
