【摘要】 作者推导出一个计算(Ca2+,Mg2+)-EGTA缓冲溶液中某一指定低游离钙离子浓度([Ca2+]≤1×10-6mol/L)下所需加入总钙浓度[Ca2+]t的公式,可供实验工作者应用.

【Abstract】 A formulum was described for calculating total calcium concentration [Ca2+]t which was added in two metals (Ca2+and Mg2+)-one chelator (EGTA) buffer solution in which the low free [Ca2+](≤1×10-6 mol/L) was given.
