杉木人工林土壤生化特性与其生长关系的研究
Research on Relations of Soil Biochemical Properties and Tree Growth in Artificial Chinese-fir Stand
【摘要】 对8~26年生杉木人工林样地的调查分析表明,其酶活性(蔗糖酶、脲酶、多酚氧化酶、纤维素酶及过氧化酶)是根际土壤强于非根际土壤,且两者差异显著;但随着树龄增加,其差异有逐渐缩小的趋势。年生长量小的R/S值要略小于年生长量大的。幼年时期(8~11年)杉木林根际与非根际酶活性基本上是生长量小的高于生长量大的,但随树龄增加则相反。微生物总量(细菌、真菌、放线菌)在幼年时生长量小的多于生长量大的,这同酶活性高低颇为一致,而树龄增加则反之。
【Abstract】 According to the observation and analysis on sample stands of Chinese-fir of8-26 years o1d, the activity of enzymes (sucrase, urease, polyphenoloxidase, cellulase andperoxidase) in rhizosphere soil is stronger than those in non-rhizosphere soil, and there areoutstanding differences between them. But the differences tend to reduce gradually as the treesgrow old. The R/S value of soil in stand with lower annual growth capacity is slightly smallerthan stand with higher one. At young stage of growth (8-11 years old), the activities ofenzymes in rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere soil in stand with lower growth capacity are higherthan those with higher growth capacity in the main. But this phenomenon turns to the oppositewhen tree growes old. The total amount of microorganisms (germ, fungus and actinomyces)in soil in stand with lower growth capacity is greater than that with higher growth capacityat young growth stage. But also the phenomenon turns to the opposite when tree growes old,which is quite consistent with the level of enzyme activity in soil.
