【摘要】 1974～1977年,广东省阳山县犁头镇以单一查治措施防治班氏丝虫病。防治前人群微丝蚴率为15.08%,致倦库蚊自然感染率为9.33%,经4年4次查治后,微丝蚴率降为0.45%,未发现致倦库蚊自然感染。防治后12年,分层抽样进行远期效果观察,血检5711人,解剖致倦库蚊672只,未发现微丝蚴血症者和蚊媒感染。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper reports the long—term effectiveness of repeated mass blood examination and DEC selectedtreatment for bancroftian filariasis in Litou Town,Yangshan County,Guangdong Province.Litou Townwas a filariasis meso—endemic area with the population of more than 15000.The average microfilarial ratewas 15.08%(2199/14578),the average microfilarial density was 37.5mf/60μl and the natural infectionrate of Culex quinque fasciatus was 9.33% before control.From 1974,the mass blood examination and DECselected treatment were carried out yearly for 4 years.The microfilarial rates were dropped to 0.45%(26/5735)and 0.15%(4/2745)in one year(1978)and three Years(1980)after control respectively.By 12years post—control(1989),the microfilaremia was not found among 5711 persons examined and naturalinfection of Culex quinquefaciatus was not found as well.This results indicated that the controlling effect wasconsolidated and the filariasis transmission had been interrupted.The residual low—density microfilaremiasbecame negative year by year after control.更多还原
