L-蛋氨酸预防汞镉铅中毒的化学评价
Chemical Evaluation on the Effect of L-Methionine for the Prevention of Mercury,Cadmium and Lead Poisoning
【摘要】 L-蛋氨酸是蛋白质水解的一种产物。在离子强度为0.14和温度为37±0.05℃下,测定了Hg(Ⅱ)-L、Cd(Ⅱ)-L、Pb(Ⅱ)-L 配合物的逐级生成常数,在水一脂肪醇(正辛醇)的体系中,各种金属配合物都存在于水层,但只有中性的ML2分配于脂肪醇(正辛醇)中。用原子吸收分光光度法测定了以ML2的形式分配于有机相中的汞、镉和铅的浓度。为评价以L-蛋氨酸预防汞、镉和铅中毒提供了化学依据。
【Abstract】 L-methionine(L)is a proteolytic product.The stepwise formation con-stants of Hg(Ⅱ)--L,Cd(Ⅱ)--L,and Pb(Ⅱ)--L coordinationcompounds were determined at constant ionic strength of 0.14 and tempera-ture 37±0.05℃.In the water--fatty alcohol(octanol)system,the variousmetal coordination compounds were found to be present in the aqueouslayer,only the neutral species ML2 partitioned into the organic phase.Theconcentration of Mercury,cadmium and lead present in the ML2 in the or-ganic phase were determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometry.Theyprovided a chemical evidence for evaluating the role of L-methionine in theprevention of mercury,cadmium and lead poisoning.
