【Abstract】 We determiuated the content of substance P ofserum in the patient suffering from pain syndromewith radioimmunoassay before and after acupunctureanalgesia.The results suggested that acupuncturemay obviously reduce the content of substance P inthe serum of the patients with pain syndrome andproved that acupuncture may reduce the release ofsubstance P(through some mechanisms)leading toproduce analgesic effects.Thereby,the change of thecontent of substance P in the serum may be used asthe appraisable target of acupuncture analgesia.更多还原
