【Abstract】 In this paper,the model of rat infected EHFVwas made and the influence of moxibustion on 5-HTand 5-HIAA in its plasma and tissues of the lungand Kidney was observed.The results show that thecontent of 5-HT and 5-HIAA in rat increased signi-ficantly after the abdominal transplant of EHFV,and the content of 5-HT and 5-HIAA in rat infectedEHFV decreased markedly to normal level aftertreatment with moxibustion,suggesting that theregulative function of moxibustion on 5-HT and 5-HIAA be one of the pasts of its nerve-endocrine-immune regulation to the body,and that a positivemeaning.This study provides an impostant referencefor mechanism exploration of moxibustion preventingand treating EHF.更多还原
