萘普生及其钠盐栓剂的家兔生物利用度

【摘要】 本文报道了以血药浓度法测定萘普生及其钠盐栓剂的家免生物利用度。结果表明,两种栓剂的相对生物利用度分别为片剂的103.64%和105.27%,无显著差异(P>0.05)。钠盐栓剂的 Cmax明显高于片剂(P<0.05),但两种栓剂之间则无显著差异(P<0.05)。两种栓剂的 Tmax均显著比片剂短(P<0.01),说明栓剂的药物吸收较快。萘普生及其钠盐栓剂的家兔体内药物半衰期(T1/2)分别为2.35±0.78h 和1.78±1.01h。

【Abstract】 The bioavailability of naproxen and its sodiumsalt suppositories was determined by the serum con-centration in rabbits.The results showed that therelative bioavailability of two suppositories was103.64% and 105.27% respectively,there wereno difference between naproxen and its sodium saltsuppositories(P>0.05).Cmax of sodium salt sup-pository was higher significantly than that ofnaproxen tablet(P<0.05),but no marked differ-ence was noted between the two suppositories(P>0.05).Tmax of the two suppositories was shorterthan that of the tablet(P<0.01).It is indicatedthat the absorption rate of suppositories was fasterthan that of the tablet.The half-life(71/2)ofnaproxen and sodium naproxen suppositories was2.35±0.78h and 1.78±1.01h respectively.
