【Abstract】 As a nutrientfull fruit plant, the passiflora edulics sims is characterized by fast growing, high adaptability to environments, less insect pests, high economic value and long fruit period. They are wide distributed and having a good prospect of utilization. Based on the analysis of the nutrients contained, this papper presents a number of proccessing methods for juice, soft drink, candied ftuit, jelly and wine. This papper would provide a reasonable base for utilization of the passiflpra edulics resources.更多还原
