【摘要】 由于历史、政策等方面的原因,中国东西区际间发生了一系列矛盾与冲突,主要表现为东西经济差距急剧扩大,区际封锁日趋严重,不合理的产品比价,阻碍了东西经济联系,这些矛盾冲突的解决对中国经济起着至关竽要的作用。本文认为,在社会主义有计划的商品经济条件下,应正确处理好效率与公平的关系,这是处于东西区际关系的准绳,在此基础上笔者提出了和谐竞争的区际关系开发模式。更多还原
