【摘要】 本文研究了国产单硝酸异山梨醇酯（isosorbide mononi—trate ISMN）对结扎左冠状动脉造成的心肌梗塞大鼠血液动力学的影响。IS MN（5 mg/kg）能升高心肌梗塞后早期（20min）的左室收缩压峰值（LVSP）,左室内压等容收缩期最大上升及下降速率(±dP/dt_max);同时降低左室舒张末期压（LVEDP）;但不影响HR、SAP、DAP和MAP。实验结果表明:国产ISMN能改善心肌梗塞后早期的心功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Tho effects of native isosorbide mononitrate ( ISMN ) on the hemodynamics in rats with early myocardial infarction by left coronary artery occlusion were investigated. LVSP and dP/dtMAX were increased, and LVEDP was decreased with ISMN 5mg/kg i.v. 20 min after coronary occlusion. However, ISMN did not significantly effect the HR, SAP, DAP and MAP. The results showed that ISMN can improve cardial function in early myocardial infarction.更多还原
